Acting as the sole IT and social media manager at Ridgewood, I am responsible for all IT operations. Within my first year, I have sought to revolutionise the school, securing a £260,000+ grant for Wi-fi across site, managed and rolled out a new piece of software that integrates with the MIS system for easier actions and better UI, and more than doubling the School’s social media presence.

Working alongside the CISO I work in the Governance, Risk and Compliance department. I have successfully helped CSI maintain its current certifications, namely ISO 22301, PCI DSS and Cyber Essentials while helping transition to the new ISO 27001 2022 standard and leading the ISO 9001 continual assessment visit. I have also been involved in a desktop modernization project, rolling out Microsoft Intune while helping troubleshoot in-house IT systems and assisting with asset management.
